Corporate Announcement – Strategic Appointment at Delivery Hero SE

Delivery Hero SE has formally announced the appointment of Roger Rabalais as an independent director of its Board of Directors, effective 30 April 2026. Mr. Rabalais will serve until the forthcoming Annual General Meeting in late June, thereby assuming the responsibilities previously held by Warren Jenson, who has stepped down and will not seek re‑election.

Mr. Rabalais brings a wealth of experience from the global B2C technology arena. His résumé includes senior finance roles as Chief Financial Officer at various eBay subsidiaries, as well as combined CFO and CEO positions within Prosus’s food‑delivery portfolio. The board has emphasized that he will inherit all key duties formerly performed by Mr. Jenson, positioning him to contribute immediately to Delivery Hero’s strategic agenda.

Kristin Skogen Lund, Chair of the Board, expressed firm confidence in Mr. Rabalais’s sector expertise. She highlighted that his background will bolster the company’s ongoing strategic review and reinforce disciplined execution of its most critical priorities.

This development coincided with a modest revision of the Barclays target price for Delivery Hero’s shares, underscoring sustained analyst interest in the firm’s valuation dynamics. The move signals a deliberate effort by Delivery Hero to deepen its leadership depth with seasoned professionals capable of navigating the evolving competitive landscape of online food delivery and related services.
